In order for our pooper scoopers to clean your yard, they need to have access to the areas you’d like serviced. It's important that the yard is unlocked or that someone is available to unlock it for us. Once the cleaning is complete, we will follow your instructions to ensure the gate is properly secured. For your peace of mind, we’ll send a photo confirming that the gate is locked, so you can be confident that your pets and family are safe.

At The Great Scoop, we bill at the start of every month based on the service plan you decide on. For initial clean ups, your bill will be prorated so that you will only pay for the services you receive that month as well as a the Initial Clean.

Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. While not every day may be available in your area, we at The Great Scoop strive to offer 2-3 alternative days that work best for your schedule. We are happy to accommodate your needs as much as possible!

No, we do not provide specific arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we make every effort to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for efficiency the night before services are performed to minimize drive time and keep costs affordable. We do, however, provide a text message an hour before our expected arrival time.

Yes, we love working around dogs! However, if your dog has shown signs of aggression, we kindly ask that you keep them inside during the cleaning. The safety of our team is our top priority. If your dog displays aggression towards our staff, we’ll ask you to bring them inside, or we may need to remove your property from our route.
