Arrival Notification
Our friendly and professional Great Scoopers will send you a courtesy text message 60 minutes before they arrive to let you know they’re on their way. While you’re not required to be home during the service, we kindly ask that the areas to be cleaned are easily accessible. Additionally, for everyone’s safety and peace of mind, we request that any aggressive dogs be kept indoors or securely contained. These simple steps help ensure that your service is completed smoothly, efficiently and with minimal disruption.
Cleaning Your Yard
Our Professionally trained Great Scooper will arrive and begin cleaning all of the dog waste. Our team members follow a carefully planned route to reduce the chance of missing any areas. To ensure a thorough job, our technicians will also walk your yard multiple times, checking carefully to make sure no dog waste is left behind. If you signed up for our Ultimate Sanitizer & Deodorizer, we will ensure all of the areas are adequately sprayed with our Veterinary-Grade disinfectant that Cleans, Deodorizes and Disinfects.
Pet Waste Disposal
Once all of the waste has been scooped, our team will double bag the waste in a premium scented waste bag and place it in your trash can to be disposed of by your waste management. If there is no trash can in your location, we will double bag the waste and place it on the side of your home, so that you may ensure proper disposal as compliance with your local guidelines.
Post Clean-up
Once your yard is a Poop-Free-Zone we will take a photo of your closed gate and upload it to ensure no dogs can accidentally escape from your yard. As part of our commitment to hygiene and safety, our team will then carefully disinfect all of our scooping equipment with a kennel-grade disinfectant. This step helps prevent the spread of germs and illnesses between pets, ensuring that your yard remains a safe, healthy space for all dogs.
